The Chef was lucky enough to spend many years cooking in great kitchens from Liberty Group in Toronto to the luxury Four Seasons Resort Nevis to The Ivy and the Michelin starred  Nobu Old Park Lane in London among others.

Being exposed to such high levels of skill and creativity in these restaurants was an amazing experience. To be able to apply these to Caribbean ingredients and influences has long been his dream.

Using Caribbean influences and local ingredients whenever possible. Privé {Culinary & Design} presents their new Caribbean inspired dining.

"I've always had my own thoughts on food, it should be beautiful as well as taste great. I cook with colour as well as flavour. I am very visual and inspired by the essence of the Caribbean, Light, Bright, Fresh and full of flavour, full of vibes. My travels and the culinary experiences that came along with them led to the development of my culinary style and continues to guide our Boutique island cuisine."
